De handlar bland annat om information som arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste l\u00e4mna till nyanst\u00e4llda, skyldighet att l\u00e4mna skriftliga svar till anst\u00e4llda som vill f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra sin syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad eller anst\u00e4llningsform samt att anst\u00e4llda som huvudregel f\u00e5r ha parallella anst\u00e4llningar s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge inte detta skadar arbetsgivarens verksamhet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riksdagen har beslutat om nya regler som grundas p\u00e5 EU:s arbetsvillkorsdirektiv och liknande regler g\u00e4ller numera inom hela EU och EES-omr\u00e5det. Reglerna \u00e4r minimiregler och det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt att genom kollektivavtal g\u00f6ra avvikelser fr\u00e5n reglerna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetsgivare ska till nyanst\u00e4llda l\u00e4mna f\u00f6ljande information skriftligen s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list list--default wp-block-list\">\n<li>Var arbetsplatsen \u00e4r bel\u00e4gen eller, om det inte finns n\u00e5gon fast eller huvudsaklig arbetsplats, uppgift om att arbetet utf\u00f6rs p\u00e5 olika platser eller att den anst\u00e4llde sj\u00e4lv f\u00e5r best\u00e4mma sin arbetsplats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kort beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter och titel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Om anst\u00e4llningen g\u00e4ller tills vidare, f\u00f6r begr\u00e4nsad tid eller \u00e4r en provanst\u00e4llning samt upps\u00e4gningstider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begynnelsel\u00f6n och hur ofta och p\u00e5 vilket s\u00e4tt den utbetalas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal arbetstid, ev \u00f6vertid eller mertid och ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r s\u00e5dant arbete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minsta tidsfrist f\u00f6r besked om arbetstidens och ev. jourtids f\u00f6rl\u00e4ggning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e4tt till utbildning som arbetsgivaren betalar n\u00e4r detta \u00e4r till\u00e4mpligt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e4ngd p\u00e5 betald semester<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upps\u00e4gningsregler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Att arbetsgivaren erl\u00e4gger arbetsgivaravgifter och uppgift om skydd f\u00f6r social trygghet, t.ex. tj\u00e4nstepension och grupplivf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Till\u00e4mpligt kollektivavtal i f\u00f6rekommande fall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns tidsfrister inom vilka den skriftliga informationen m\u00e5ste l\u00e4mnas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om en anst\u00e4lld, oavsett om denne \u00e4r tidsbegr\u00e4nsat eller tillsvidareanst\u00e4lld, beg\u00e4r att f\u00e5 en h\u00f6gre syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad m\u00e5ste arbetsgivaren besvara denna beg\u00e4ran inom en m\u00e5nad och ange sk\u00e4len f\u00f6r beslutet. Detsamma g\u00e4ller om en tidsbegr\u00e4nsat anst\u00e4lld beg\u00e4r en annan anst\u00e4llningsform. Den anst\u00e4llde m\u00e5ste dock ha varit anst\u00e4lld mer \u00e4n sex m\u00e5nader och f\u00e5r inte vara provanst\u00e4lld f\u00f6r att ha r\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 ett skriftligt svar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nytt \u00e4r \u00e4ven att en anst\u00e4lld f\u00e5r ha parallella anst\u00e4llningar s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge detta inte skadar arbetsgivarens verksamhet.
